Evening Munchy Busters

Audrey has posted a very good question. Any answers for her?

I need some ideas for the evenings. I can eat totally healthy all day long, and then get really snacky in the evenings and blow it all in 5 min. Any ideas?

  1. One thing I have heard is that you brush your teeth at 8 pm so it will be a bold reminder to not snack.
